Carolina Copy
Carolina Copy is your source for multi-functional (copier/printer/fax/scan) devices at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and beyond. All of our devices are multifunctional providing you with a solution that can replace multiple devices. We are the first line responders for your Carolina Copy device. Our primary goal is to provide a seamless interface for your department that provides a multitude of document management needs. Please contact us to request specific services related to your office printing needs. We have customer service representatives delivering supplies and responding to issues. If it is necessary for us to escalate the issue there are vendor technicians on campus ready to service your machine. Copiers can be set up as printers at no charge. Notice: Effective January 1, 2012, we will no longer deliver paper! All "full service" machines are being changed to "self serve". Please see memo sent by Mike Freeman on December 6, 2011. The memo also covers a price change that affects all copiers. You must order paper from Staples using the state contract, or obtain paper from UNC Central Warehouse. Please note the Central Warehouse will deliver (next day) and costs less than us.
