There will be a minimum monthly charge of 1,500 copies per machine.  All locations we pay for a minimum of 1,500 copies per month. 

All copiers will have Copy/Print/Scan capability.  The decision of which functions to use will be up to each individual department.  However, all copiers MUST have a network connection.

All copier pricing includes - the copier with automatic document feeder, all copier supplies, weekly or b-weekly visits from Carolina Copy's staff depending on copier volume, providing all training and support, and on-campus manufacturer trained technicians to handle all needed repairs, with an average response time of less than 3 hours.  Cost per copy pricing is listed below.  All paper supplies are charged directly to the department (See pricing below).
